Data collected from someone other than you

Sending information

Once you have booked a trip with us, we will use your personal data to send you booking confirmation and important information about your upcoming trip. Such mailings are usually sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking.
Once you have returned home from your trip, we may contact you to check whether your trip went as expected.
Before and during your trip, we may also send important information via SMS to the mobile number provided when booking.

We may also send you information about anomalies, such as timetable changes and rebookings. Such information may be sent by email, SMS or provided by phone call, depending on the nature of the discrepancy and the contact details we have for you.
